All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received, and must include any tags or labels attached to the item. While we offer a free in store exchange and returns policy, we do not cover the cost of shipping for items that are being returned. The cost of returning an unwanted item is at the expense of the individual who has purchased the item. Glendalough Woollen Mills does not operate with a returns service, so the customer may return the item via the courier or postal service of their choice.
